Live offerings Jan. 9-15

Awake in Daily Life, a mindfulness course I'm offering with Dawn Mountain, is a fun way to kick start your contemplative life in 2022! We'll meet and meditate together weekly on four Mondays from Jan. 10-31, and in between sessions you'll have "challenges" to try out different informal practices. Should you feel like doing formal meditation, that's okay, too. 😜

When: Mondays, 6-7:30 p.m. CST, Jan. 10-31

How much: $100 or $80 for Dawn Mountain members (but no one turned away due to lack of funds)


Meditation on the wisdom of anxiety (Insight Timer live): According to Tibetan Buddhism, all emotions contain their own wisdom. In this guided practice, we'll listen to the messages anxiety wants to communicate to us, then open to the deeper truth of our luminous nature.
